Welsh Dresser
The Welsh Dresser pattern was launched in 1992 and was originally painted by Susan Williams-Ellis's daughter Angharad Menna. Based on the Welsh folk art of Llanelli ware, this design was inspired by Susan's love for the 19th century pottery that she loved and collected herself. Angharad designed a modern day version of the traditional design using large brush strokes in bright colours to create vivacious abstract floral motifs.
