Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we have many satisfied customers from all over the world. We ship worldwide. There are only a few places that we are currently unable to ship to. If you cannot find a shipping cost for your country then please contact us, giving us the item numbers you are interested in purchasing and we will organise a no obligation bespoke quote for you.
Can you deliver to a PO Box?
Unfortunately no, we cannot deliver to a PO Box.
Sometimes when I add products to my basket the shipping cost is not available?
This is usually because we don't have your country set up in our checkout system or if you have added multiple items and exceeded our carriers max weight/size limit. In this case the order will have to be split into smaller quantities. If you have any issues just contact us and we will sort it out for you.
How much is my item of Portmeirion worth?
Unfortunately we do not offer professional valuations on items or collections, as they cannot be made based merely on owners descriptions and photographs.
Do you purchase items from individuals?
We will sometimes buy items from individuals but would need to see good clear photographs showing the condition and backstamp of the item. Please send any descriptions and photos to us via email.
