A Lingard Webster and Company Collectable Teapot, "Mr Pickwick Proposes A Toast". 

This decorative Mr Pickwick Proposes a Toast teapot was made by Lingard Webster And Company in Tunstall England around 1935 - 1939.

Mr Pickwick is a character from the Dickens novel Pickwick Papers.

The painters marks are shown, and there is a small production mark on the back of the head.
