A Portmeirion Miniature Collectable Teapot, Pomona Congratulations Table, By Paul Cardew Design.
A really fantastic large miniature teapot called "Pomona Congratulations Table" from Paul Cardew Design. This is quite a hard to find teapot from the Portmeirion range. There is age related crazing all over and a small production mark on the rim. This small mark is responsible for the teapot not carrying a backstamp and being classed as a second.
One of the fabulous Paul Cardew designed miniature teapots made for Portmeirion. Why not collect them all!

Paul Cardew Teapots
These wonderful novelty Portmeirion teapots burst into the world in 1993 when Portmeirion joined forces with Devon pottery company, Cardew Design, famous for their intricate miniature ware by famous designer Paul Cardew.
These cute teapots come in both small and large size, and are a marvel in their faithful replica of the Botanic Garden range of Portmeirion that grace each teapot. From the first 'China Stall' to 'Moving Day', 'Kitchen Sink' and 'Green Betty' which was made for the USA only, these humorous teapots are an absolute delight and are extremely collectable by both Portmeirion fans and teapot collectors alike.
