Cornucopia
This is one of the earliest of the Portmeirion Ware designs, appearing in 1962. The design comprises of a scroll sitting above a pineapple on leaves and above that a bunch of cherries, flanked either side by cornucopiae overflowing with fruit and leaves. It was mostly produced for its short life as a black print on white items, but there are apparently a few to be found on coloured ware. This design was probably only in production for a couple of years.
